The European Utilities Telecom Council (EUTC) General Secretary Julian Stafford joined the Mobile World Congress that took place in Barcelona (Spain), from February 26 to February 29.
The congress gathers representatives from technology, community and commerce allowing global mobile operators, device manufactureurs, technology providers, vendors, content oweners and many more, to share knowledge on connvectivity system.
It was a great opportunity where worlwide stakeholders of the telecommunications sector gathered to share and learn knowledge.
